Many organisations are adopting a skills-based approach, but how well set up is HR to achieve this? For this roundtable we welcomed Asi DeGani, Director Skills and Talent Development, LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) to explore the relevance of HR in the age of skills.

How do you create the right conditions to activate a great career culture? This is a multi-dimensional challenge involving having a business-led career strategy, enabled by the right career resources, that engages employees and leaders at scale.
