Jon leads the Career Innovation Company after nearly two decades of working with blue chip companies to support strategy execution through improved experience of work for their employees.
He believes that career strategy, and the career experiences an employer delivers, are the wrappers to deliver several crucial people agendas – D&I, retention and organisational agility for example – and the mechanism to deliver great employee experience from the foundations of operating models, job architecture and reward.
Between careers in banking, fintech, HR consulting, software and data, Jon carried out academic research into changing expectations and experience of careers for individuals and employers. He has lived experienced of non-traditional career paths, practical experience helping clients apply enduring truths about people and organisations, and has been at the vanguard of applying new HR technology.
