Rachel is compassionate, warm and engaging and, together with her experience as a development coach and business psychologist, this helps her support clients in their career exploration journey. She is passionate about fostering career development opportunities that support and capitalise on the strengths and talents of those who are neurodivergent.
Rachel has a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management with Psychology, MSc in Business Psychology and a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching. With a commercial background in HR consultancy and management, she has over 20 years practitioner experience working with clients across multiple sectors.
