‘Riding the Wave – The New Global Career Culture’ documents the findings of the Career Innovation Group between June 1998 and April 1999.
The report is based primarily on an internet-based survey among a panel of more than a thousand young professionals from 73 nations. Conclusions are also based on three international seminars, company case studies from Europe and the U.S., and discussion papers on five strategic business issues.
The report offers six steps to help companies build productive career partnerships with their talented people – not just the ‘performance contracts’ that are common today.
